Ilsa update

Ilsa has final haircut now. Made it as two separate sessions - left and right side, as I wanted to keep one side for reference for the new version.

I also made 6 (so far missing) buttons to the jacket and fixed some rough parts there.

Now either left eye or left fingers. Both are something I tried to avoid long time... Ohh.
